Any details you provide us with are held in strict confidence. At no time will your personal details be available or disclosed to third parties. We operate a strict Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment is by SECURE means of Paypal, which accepts most debit/credit cards, although it is not necessary for you to have a personal Paypal account.
Should any goods be out of stock at the time of picking and packing, this amount will be credited back to your card and an email will be sent informing you of this.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should an order fail to arrive, a replacement order or refund will only be considered after 15 days from the despatch date and will be at the discretion of StamParadise Crafts.
If any goods are faulty or damaged, please email us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will then contact you with details on how the goods should be returned to us (normally well packaged and by first class Royal Mail). Any shortages or discrepancies will be dealt with in the same manner. NO GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the reasonable cost of your postage once we have received the goods.

Please note: UK Orders only.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Post and Packing Charges are as follows:- Orders up to £30 - £3.99
Orders over £30 - FREE
We aim to send orders out by same day delivery.
Orders placed at weekends will be sent on next working day delivery.
BACKORDERS
At present we do not keep items on backorder, though if something you want is out of stock, please email us and we can let you know when it is available.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will only take effect once they have been updated on the website.
